Soource was born in 2023 out of the founding team's experience in another company active in outsourced purchasing. By fully harnessing the power of technology, we aim to streamline operations, improve efficiency and free up valuable time for procurement leaders.
Through innovative solutions we want to make a meaningful contribution to procurement, enabling organisations to optimise resources, drive growth and achieve sustainable success in a constantly evolving global market.

Maicol Verzotto is CEO and co-founder of Soource. Before this role he co-founded and led Functional, a company specialised in a wide range of procurement services. Under his leadership, Functional grew exponentially, from zero to over €9 million in revenue in just three years and more than €2 million raised in capital.
Nazareno Mario Ciccarello is a co-founder of Soource and currently serves as COO. He holds a four-year degree in Political Science from Luiss Guido Carli University and an MBA from IE Business School, where he is Visiting Associate Professor in the Entrepreneurship Department, as well as at Luiss Business School in Rome.

Lucrezia Lucotti is a Partner at 360 Capital, with over six years of experience in venture capital and strategic management. At 360 Capital she has held roles as Investment Director and Associate, covering deal flow in Italy and Southern Europe across B2B and B2C software, deeptech and climate tech, and managing portfolios for the 360 Deeptech, Climate Tech and Series A funds.
After a career at McKinsey & Co., Francesca Fiore spent 18 years in the Vodafone Group, holding management roles in Italy and abroad and overseeing product launches, commercial offers and the supply chain. From 2015 to 2018 she sat on the investment committee of Invitalia Ventures SGR and since 2012 she has served as an independent director in several companies.
