Soource was founded thanks to the experience of the founding team in another company operating in the procurement field. By harnessing the power of technology, we aim to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and liberate valuable time for procurement managers for strategic thinking.

Maicol Verzotto
CEO & Co-Founder
Maicol Verzotto is the CEO and co-founder of Soource. Before taking on this role, he co-founded and led Functional, a company specializing in a wide range of procurement services. Under his leadership, Functional grew exponentially, starting from scratch and generating over €9 million in just three years while raising more than €2 million in capital.
Nazareno Mario Ciccarello
COO & Co-Founder
Nazareno Mario Ciccarello is a co-founder of Soource and currently serves as its COO. He holds a four-year degree from Luiss Guido Carli University and an MBA from IE Business School. Nazareno also holds the position of Visiting Associate Professor in the Department of Entrepreneurship at both IE Business School in Madrid and Luiss Business School in Rome.

Lucrezia Lucotti
Lucrezia Lucotti is a Partner at 360 Capital, with over four years of experience in venture capital and strategic management. At 360 Capital, she has held roles such as Investment Director and Associate, focusing on deal flow in Italy and Southern Europe across B2B and B2C software, deeptech, and climate tech sectors, while managing portfolios for the 360 Deeptech, Climate Tech, and Series A funds.
Previously, she worked as a Business Analyst at Roland Berger and promoted female entrepreneurship as an Ambassador for Female Founders. She graduated with honors in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology from Bocconi University, with a Double Degree from WU Vienna.
Francesca Fiore
After a career at McKinsey & Co., Francesca Fiore spent 18 years with the Vodafone Group, holding managerial roles in Italy and abroad, and overseeing product launches, offers, and supply chain management. From 2015 to 2018, she was a member of the investment committee at Invitalia Ventures SGR and has been an independent director in various companies since 2012. Since 2019, she has been a member of the Club degli Investitori and the Board of Directors of Monte Titoli S.p.A., and in 2023, she was appointed an independent director at Deltatre. She has received the Bellisario Award and recognition as one of the InspiringFifty 2021, where she now serves as an Ambassador.
Francesca holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, in addition to a degree in Business Administration, a degree and a master's in Developmental Psychology, and a master’s in Marine Sciences.
